Iris Klatsky, a Stribling Senior Vice President, brings extraordinary people skills to the world of Manhattan Residential Real Estate. Having completed a 25-year career in healthcare, building one of the finest post cancer voice restoration programs in the world, at one of New York's premiere specialty hospitals.
For ten years, as a professor at Columbia University, Iris taught these skills to graduate students in speech pathology.
Iris joined Stribling in the year 2000 and rapidly built a large following amongst both buyers and sellers of residential properties throughout Manhattan. Additionally, she has worked extensively with doctors and dentists in acquiring their professional office space. The people skills Iris developed while dealing with a diverse patient population and healthcare professionals from around the world, have permitted her to develop strong, trusting and supportive relationships with all of her customers.
Years of navigating the complexities of the healthcare system have developed a skill set that serves her client base well. Her attention to detail and negotiating skills assure her clients of the best possible transaction. Her follow-up skills ensure that no opportunity is left unexplored. This has resulted in geometric growth in all aspects of her business.
Iris earned both a Bachelors and a Masters degree with honors. She resides on Fifth Avenue with her husband.
