A graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, John received his Masters in architecture from Columbia University under the direction of Bernard Tshumi and worked as an architect in Chicago and New York. At the height of his architectural career, he was head designer for the firm of Stephan Jaklitsch managing several retail and residential projects in New York and the tri-state area as well as internationally in Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul and Hong Kong.
For the past 2 years, John has been heavily involved in long and short term high end rentals in Manhattan, working with several of New York's most distinguished families. As a real estate investor himself, John's smart wit and creative negotiating has enabled him to purchase and manage 9 highly successful residential and commercial properties over the past decade-an experience that offers his clients an unparalleled personal insight into the real estate community.
