Kristina Wallison works with both individual clients and residential real estate developers. She grew up in New York City and has lived in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca and now Noho. Kristina has a depth of knowledge of many neighborhoods, an excellent eye, and an ability to identify wonderful properties to invest in and live. She is uncommonly intelligent, easy going, and charming.
Kristina's individual clients value her ability to find distinctive properties, provide thorough and accurate information, negotiate the best possible terms, creatively market and promote exclusives, and communicate effectively and honestly. Over the past seven years, this side of her business has grown dramatically through client referrals.
At Stribling Marketing Associates, Kristina works with developers from the earliest stages of the process through the final closings. Often this work includes helping to refine floor plans, analyze the best product mix and amenities, design the brochure and website, develop the advertising and publicity strategies, and ultimately work with buyers and co-brokers to effectively sell units. Recent projects include 48 Bond, a modern new construction development in Noho designed by Deborah Berke, and 73 Worth Street, a conversion of a beautiful prewar building in Tribeca into thirty condominium lofts.
Kristina received an A.B. from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Prior to entering the world of real estate, Kristina worked at the management consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, advising media and entertainment companies on business strategy, and at ABC News.
